I ordered a couple of shirts from perryellis.com and the whole thing was literally so easy. Picking sizes and colors was straightforward, checkout was quick, and the pages loaded fast. I also liked that I could find the sale items without having to dig around forever. Overall, it was a smooth shopping experience with no issues

"Shirts feel really good"
I grabbed two button downs and a pair of chinos from Perry Ellis, i was kind of surprised by how nice they felt when they showed up. From the way the product descriptions sounded, I assumed they’d be decent but maybe a little basic, so the fabric being soft and not thin or cheap was a nice surprise. The stitching looked clean too, which made them feel a bit more put together than I expected.

I’ve washed everything a few times now and they’re still fitting well, no weird shrinking or twisting or anything like that. For the price, I’m happy with what I got and would probably order again.

"Customer service that actually made me feel taken care of"
I had a minor issue with my order, and I felt a little annoyed at first because I didn’t want it to turn into a whole back-and-forth. But customer service replied quickly and handled it without making me jump through hoops. It was such a relief, and it made me feel like they actually cared about fixing the problem. it went better than I expected, and I’d definitely order from them again.

"Shipping was WAY faster than I expected"
I ordered a couple shirts from perryellis.com and figured I'd be waiting at least a week. But nope, they showed up in like 2 days, which was a nice Surprise. Everything was packed fine, no issues at all, and I got tracking Emails so I could keep an eye on where it was. Really happy with how quick it came and I'd definitely order again.

"Better than I expected for the price"
I wasn’t expecting too much because the prices were so low, but the clothes turned out decent. They’re not luxury quality or anything, but for everyday wear, I feel like I got my money’s worth.

"Comfortable at first, but I’m not fully sold anymore"

"Pretty good selection, but stock could be better"
I usually have decent luck finding my size on perryellis.com, which I really appreciate. When I checked this time, a few of the colors I wanted were sold out, but there were still enough options that I could pick something. The shipping details were easy to understand too, so that was a plus. I’m giving 4 stars because the inventory could definitely be a little fuller, a small discount or credit when popular colors are out would make the experience feel a lot better.

"Return was easier than I expected"
I had to exchange a shirt for a different size, because of course the one I picked didn’t fit me right. I was expecting the whole return thing to turn into a hassle, but it was actually straightforward. It took a few days, which felt a little annoying since I just wanted it sorted, but the refund updates were clear enough and everything worked out fine in the end
